                            Responsible for the restructure of Miami Airport operation, reducing operating cost and
                              increasing excess baggage revenues by 30% while maintaining the same amount of flights.
                            Increased cargo movement on passenger flights from 10,000 pounds to 65,000 pounds
                              average per month resulting in a cost savings of more than $360,000 a year.
                            Worked very close with sales managers developing certain strategies with our top accounts
                              while creating new customers, with a revenue increase of more than 15% every year.

                            Operational entries resulted in increase of 30% in the first year.
                            Increased overall account sales by over 35%.  Established new accounts while maintaining
                              existing accounts.
                            Entered USAir in the charter business by contracting with the New York Mets baseball team
                              as official carrier.  Revenues increased by $150,000 first year.
